Silver Lake Site Manager To Join Staff

Silver Lake Conference Center is excited to introduce you to the new Silver Lake Site Manager, Matt Taylor.

Matt has decades of experience with Silver Lake, starting as a young camper, continuing through summer staff, followed by decades of volunteering.

Matt is equipped with a strong set of skills for the physical work of the Site Manager role. He also brings a passion for working with young people, both campers and staffers.

“Matt’s abounding love and commitment to Silver Lake combined with his maintenance skills and love of teaching will be a wonderful addition to the Silver Lake ministry,” said Executive Director, Ryan Gackenheimer. “Matt has a unique combination of gifts that will fit wonderfully into the mission and ministry at Silver Lake from the Ropes course, to building projects, to welcoming retreat guests and campers alike.”

Matt will begin as the Site Manager in late July.
