Directions:
- From the Waterbury Area
- Take Route 8 North to exit 44 in Torrington. Stay on Route 4 West all the way to Sharon. (Follow In Sharon directions below.)
- From the New Haven Area
- Take Route 34 West to Route 8 North. Go through Waterbury, continuing to Exit 44 in Torrington. Take Route 4 West all the way to Sharon. (Follow In Sharon directions below.)

- Take I-95 North or South to Route 8 North. Go through Waterbury, continuing to Exit 44 in Torrington. Take Route 4 West all the way to Sharon. (Follow In Sharon directions below.)

- From the Hartford Area and the East
- Take I-84 West to exit 39, Route 4 in Farmington. Follow Route 4 all the way to Sharon. (Follow In Sharon directions below.)

- At the center of Sharon, there is a four-way stop with a large clock tower on the left. Turn right onto Main Street (Route 41). Go straight at the next stop sign. Shortly past the town green, take a left onto Low Road. (If you pass Trotta’s Market you have gone too far.) Follow Low Road for about two miles. Silver Lake will be on the left—look for the sign.
- From the Stamford/Greenwich Area
- Take I–95 South to I–287 West to I–684 North toward Brewster. I–684 will become SR–22 to Amenia, NY. At the intersection of SR–22 and SR-343 (East Main Street), take a right and follow SR-343 into Connecticut. Approximately 1.5 miles fom the CT/NY line you will reach a four-way stop with a large clock tower. Turn left onto Main Street (Route 41). Go straight at the next stop sign. Shortly past the town green, take a left onto Low Road. (If you pass Trotta’s Market you have gone too far.) Follow Low Road for about two miles. Silver Lake will be on the left—look for the sign.
Please note that MapQuest's and Google's directions to Silver Lake recommend a turn on Hilltop Road in downtown Sharon, just before the junction with North Main Street (Connecticut Route 41). The two roads run parallel along Sharon's green, but Hilltop Road is a narrower road. We recommend taking the turn onto North Main Street instead, as shown in the directions above.
